RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return or exchange of the merchandise within 30 days of receiving your items. Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition.
Please note any costs for postage to send the garment back to Casa Amuk will be incurred at the customer’s expense. We advise to send your package via Australia post with tracking to ensure the item is not lost.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
To complete your return or exchange please email email@example.com with your order number and a description of what you are seeking. One of our friendly staff will be in touch regarding the next step.
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days. The refunded amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (Depending on your payment provider funds should be available in your account within 1-5 business days)
Should you need to exchange your item/s we will gladly hold the new product for a two week period. If there is an outstanding amount due or difference in price, an over the phone payment will be completed.
Exchanges are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Items will be sent via standard shipping, if you require express a $10 fee will be incurred.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Items marked as a “FINAL SALE” item are non-refundable and can only be exchanged or returned for credit note within a period of 14 days unless proven faulty.
Alternatively, you can exchange or return your order at our store.
