We are a small team, owner/operated, like many other small businesses. In a time of such uncertainty, we appreciate your loyalty and support so much.
We are working around the clock to ensure you are still able to shop with us, whilst remaining safe and healthy. We have implemented strict hygiene practices, including the wellbeing and actions of our staff.

Orders and dispatch 
Regardless of further lockdowns and restrictions expected our dispatch will not be affected. We endeavour to pack (safely with extra hygiene practices) and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. 
We are working with Australia Post to ensure your parcels are arriving within an efficient time frame. Due to minimal flights, some delays can occur. They have done a phenomenal job of ensuring the most hygienic measures are undertaken by staff and drivers. You can ready more about the precautions and actions Australia Post have undertaken here.
Returns and exchanges 
We have increased our returns policy from 14 to 30 days, in hope this relives any stress with returning your order. We even have the option for you to purchase a pre-paid Australia Post label, meaning you don’t need to visit the post office to return!
We are extremely adaptable and are always here to help. If you need an extension, or are concerned you’ll experience issues returning, get in touch and we will work together to find a solution
